April 8th & 9th the California Carver Club cruised out to Caliente Yacht Club for the
Opening Day on Bethel Island and the Carver Club's first cruise of the year. Pat was in
the Grand Canyon on business so Barbi hitched a ride with Russ and Sharon Souser for
the weekend.  Only three Carvers cruised in cause the weather was less than stellar but
several members drove in we all had a wonderful time.
